Jordan is a CBS Sports play-by-play announcer calling College Football, the WNBA, and
College Basketball. He is also a Nintendo partner and calls their eSports tournament games
around the world, including Super Smash Bros, and Mario Kart. In addition, he hosts and
produces a podcast called Talkin’ Ducks about Oregon football that simulcasts on Root Sports
NW.
Jordan’s extensive broadcasting experience includes previously serving as the host and
play-by-play announcer for the Portland Trailblazers, and served as an analyst for college
football, basketball and track and field at the Pac-12 Network.
At the University of Oregon, Jordan was a three sport athlete: football, track and field, and
basketball. He was inducted into the University of Oregon Hall of Fame in 2018. Drafted in the
6th round of the 2007 NFL Draft by the Seattle Seahawks, Jordan went on to play four seasons
in the league before transitioning to the broadcasting booth.
Outside of broadcasting, Jordan founded and developed a successful kids camp called the Just
Kids Skills Camp. Based in Oregon and spreading nationwide, the camp provides a unique
experience for kids to learn core skills and lessons for individual sports and nutrition education.
The son of former basketball Head Coach Ernie Kent, Jordan now resides in Atlanta with his
family.
